CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation & No-Show Policy At J. Simone Hair, each appointment is reserved exclusively for you. To provide the best experience for every guest, I kindly ask that you respect the following scheduling policy: • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. • Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the reserved service. Future appointments may require prepayment. • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late ($25 late fee will apply) may need to reschedule if there is not enough time to complete the service as scheduled. If I am able to accommodate your appointment, your service may be modified or shortened to keep the schedule on time while still providing the best possible experience. The full service price will still apply. • By booking an appointment, you authorize J. Simone Hair to charge the payment method on file for any applicable late cancellation or no-show fees. •Remaining balance due in cash or Apple Pay only. Failure to pay any outstanding cancellation or no-show fees may result in the inability to book future appointments until the balance has been paid in full.
